PROGRAM CHECKLIST
This check list is to act as a guide to build your Civic Season program with your
team by stages. Note that not all programs fit this checklist, some may need fewer
or more steps and each program is unique to its site, team, and environment!
This check list is a specific guide to build the Art Speaks: The Power of Art in Civic
Dialogue event created by the National Liberty Museum.
To successfully host this event, follow these steps:
Add the event to your website and do outreach
Find your panelists, meet with them to go over the plan, and handle
honorariums
Track program registration
Set up the Zoom meeting
Facilitate test-drives for the Zoom meeting
Facilitate the Zoom meeting day of (i.e. monitor the wait
room and the questions being submitted for the Q&A
